Partnerships Manager (UK)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Partnership Manager (UK) to join our Partnerships Team.

Our Partnership Manager will be responsible for promoting and representing Intake Education to our UK based education partners. The role will focus on managing our diverse portfolio of partners, understanding their needs, maximising collaborative opportunities, and sharing expert knowledge, advice and insights from our international recruitment teams and overseas markets.

  • Ability to undertake frequent domestic travel (with some international travel)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact with our higher education partners
  • Gather and present market intelligence, updates and de-briefs with internal colleagues and external partners. Be a subject-matter-expert
  • Monitor progress through the recruitment cycle for each partner and proactively liaise with internal colleagues and external partners ahead of both positive and negative performance outcomes
  • Have regular conversations with internal colleagues and external partners to identify strategic opportunities to increase revenue
  • To proactively cultivate relationships and liaise with internal colleagues and external partners on the setting and achievement of recruitment targets and methods of achievement (must be agreed by Head of Partnerships)
  • Promote our services (marketing, exhibitions, etc) to appropriate partners
  • Provide partners with information and data (as requested, such as surveys, questionnaires, performance metrics, etc)
  • Attend partner activities, such as familiarization events, agent training, open days
  • Engage with students for various initiatives, such as marketing activities, alumni/career/networking club, ambassador platform, testimonials, exhibition attendance, mentoring other students
  • Consult with internal departments of Intake Education, such as, partnership departments, marketing departments, student advisory departments, to align on aims and collaborate on delivery
